If you are a new customer starting with Younium, it's important to understand how we at Younium define ourselves. It's partly a service to keep track of your customers - but it's not a CRM. It's partly a service to invoice your customers - but it's not an ERP.
Younium is a subscription management system, which means that as a service we have the subscription or what we call the Order as a central component. Everything in Younium starts from the order.
The influence from other systems will make you recognize some functionality in the service like accounts; the list of your customers with active subscriptions and Invoices; functionality to send out invoices connected to those subscriptions. But please note Younium is slightly different than other kinds of operational support systems hence we call it a subscription management system. This introduction and support documentation aims to help you get started and to better understand Younium and its functionality.
