Younium’s subscription engine will always invoice the product charge up until the end date of the charges.
- When canceling an order, what you are effectively doing is changing the end date.
- If Younium has not invoiced all charges up until that date, an invoice will be created for that period.
So if an invoice is created after canceling the order check the things below:
- Have you set the correct end date?
- Have you invoiced everything up until that date?
Corner case: if you want to cancel a product charge on a specific date and have not invoiced all the charges up until that date but still want the order to end on that specific date. A negative amount must be added to the order to balance out your transaction.
