New User Interface - Menu looks distorted and Icons are off?

After the release of the new User Interface some users might have problems with a distorted menu and icons that are off. 

This is solved by doing a hard reload of the browser(Chrome: Mac: Command+Shift+R, Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R)
