Feature requests
We encourage our users to send in any feature requests via the Younium product portal, you find the link in the Resource center, in the aps bottom right corner. Add any suggestions of improvements with the "Submit idea" button on the top right corner. We normally do not send personalized answers to feature requests however we read each and every message since that feedback is important to us.
To add more context to how we treat customer feedback, we see them as essential feedback to our service. Since Younium is a multi-tenant SaaS service that needs to build and improve our platform for all our customers, making customer-specific development is not something that is done.
All feedback and ideas are stored and used when development is made on the platform. Together with our customer's input we can provide relevant enhancements for all our users worldwide. Thank you for your input and understanding!
