1. Go to the section Accounts
2. Press Create Account button
- Name: of the client
- Account type: If you have different customer categories, you can choose the category here
- Currency: In what currency you will charge the client
- Payment term: Amount of days from the invoice date to the expiration date when invoicing clients
- Org Number
- Tax Reg. Nr
- Communication preference: How you want to deliver invoices to the client
- Invoice email: The client's email address for invoicing via email
- Invoice address: Press plus button and fill in the address information, this address is the customer address which will be on the invoice. It is very important to add the address as you cannot post an invoice without the address. The country on the address also dictates taxes for this client according to the country's tax settings per the tax template.
- Delivery address: if there is another address for delivery than the invoice address, you can add one here

- Fill in any custom fields
3. Press Create Account
