If you want to create a payment processing job for Stripe invoices, go to Settings, General, and Scheduled Jobs.
Press Schedule Job
In the sidebar that pops up, under 'Job,' select Stripe Invoice Payment
In the example below, Payments will be processed for Stripe invoices that have exceeded their due date every day at 8:00 starting from the 10th of January 2020.
