Integration description

The Younium → Planhat integration synchronises the following data from Younium to Planhat:

  • Accounts
  • Invoices
  • Subscription charges

Set up guide.

  1. To enable the Planhat integration you first need to go into Younium to Settings → Integrations → PlanHat and press Get Started. There you fill in:

    1. API Endpoint from Planhat, example: api-eu8.planhat.com (look at your URL in Planhat to see the correct cluster)
    2. Personal access token, create a service account in planhat with full permissions and generate a token.

  2. Next step is to synchronize the data you want to export from Younium to Planhat (see screenshot) If you have existing accounts in your Planhat environment, you can add the custom field integrationPlanhatPlanhatId and Planhat ID manually (you find the PlanhatID in Planhat account “External Id”) on entity account, to keep duplicate accounts from being created in Planhat
